Born Jan 28, 1920, in St Louis, Missouri. to Alfred W. and Mary I. Mitchell Watters. He served in the U. S. Navy from June 15, 1944 till May 23, 1946 and married Dorothy A. Hietter, (1922-2013), on Sept. 4, 1943 in Peoria, IL. Glen died, Sept 9, 1986, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dorothy remained in Raleigh until her death.
